Welcome to AAYM

A non-profit organization with the mission of spreading knowledge about the practice and science of Yoga and Meditation.

We believe knowledge is power and when you understand the logic behind the process, it creates more wonder and makes the practice more profound. To improve the quality of life for all of us and the planet, our organization is dedicated to educating, learning, and conducting research on the use of yoga and meditation.

What We Do?

Yoga and meditation foster an interdisciplinary approach that connects science, arts, ethics, community, spirituality, and sacredness to bring tremendous life changes. It helps you to live life in the healthiest, happiest, and most peaceful way. Although the concept is traditional and has been practiced for centuries, adding the benefit of science will help people learn more about the importance of knowledge-based practice.

Among the organization’s activities are residential courses, meetings, and conferences on meditation, and scholars, researchers, artists, educators, and writers have the opportunity to analyze the effects of yoga and meditation on society and the body. We are working to create a  community that can bring sustainable changes and set an example of setting living standards. We want people to learn, excel and achieve through this organization.

Healthy Eating for Healthy Life

21 million people in 2014 were addicted to either drugs or alcohol, and that is 1 in 12 Americans over the age of 12. Abuse of drugs and alcohol has serious health consequences and cause a substantial burden on the individual. Recovery from addiction is not easy even for those who have resolved to turn their life around, which could make it chronic.

Institutionalization of Yoga

The practice of yoga is known to be a pre-Vedic Indian dating back several thousand years. Hatha yoga texts began to emerge sometime between the 9th and 11th century with origins in tantra.
