Yoga4Health is a ten-week group yoga course designed to provide people both experienced and new to yoga. This study examined the acceptability of yoga as a means of providing biopsychosocial benefits and helps bring people together (social prescribing). The findings of this study support the use of yoga as a means of providing the practitioners a range of emotional, physical and social benefits and enabling them to make positive lifestyle changes. Participants even expressed enjoying and feeling connected while undergoing this course.
